DriftStreams is operated by Leftrock Design Inc. (“DriftStreams,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to driftstreams.com, our platform, and the services we provide.
We ask for information only when we need it. That may include your name, email address, company, and — if you take part in our mobile alerting program — your mobile phone number. You may also provide information when you contact us, request access, or use our platform.
When you visit our sites, we may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device and screen characteristics, referring page, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to operate, secure, measure, and improve our services.
DriftStreams operates advertising and content-syndication technology. In that context we and our partners may collect pseudonymous identifiers, campaign parameters (such as source, medium, and campaign name), interaction events, and signals used to detect invalid or fraudulent traffic. This information is used for delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and reporting. We do not use it to identify you by name.
Our services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of thirteen (13). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
We and our partners may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to remember preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. A cookie is a small text file placed in your browser; on its own it does not identify you by name. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use-case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
If you provide us a mobile number for our alerting program, we use it solely to send the operational and system alerts described in our Terms & Conditions. We collect your number, your consent record, and message delivery status.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Full program terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Our sites and services include third-party advertising. Those parties may receive your IP address and may use cookies, JavaScript, pixel tags, and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads. We do not control how they collect information; please review their own privacy policies.
You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies at the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org) and the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info).
We also use Google Analytics. You can opt out using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Our sites and ads link to properties we do not control. This policy does not apply to them. Clicking an advertisement or link may take you to an entirely different service that sets its own cookies and follows its own policy. Please review the applicable policy on any site you visit.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. No transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot warrant the security of information you transmit to us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing. To make a request, email privacy@driftstreams.com. We will respond as required by applicable law.
